·       Activity: Production and marketing of soy milk and Yoghurt

·       Product  Name : SOJOY,SOYLK,VEAT

History: Research started in our kitchen(4m x 4m x 3m) in  the year 2000. After mastery of the formula, sales began in 2002 through street vendors. 2004 saw the suppression of yoghurt in favour of milk whose production needs were simpler and whose market was readily available in the schools. In July 2006, yogurt resurfaced and was being sold in the major bakeries in the city of Douala.These achievements were obtained thanks to own capital, subvention from a European Union funded programme and petty loans from local institutions.

Presently

·       Production Room Size : 15m x 5m x 4m

·       Production Quantity:

                                                                    3680 Litres of frozen  soy Milk and

                                                                     1840 Litres of soy yoghurt per month,

                                                                      70 Kg   of veat per month

·       Number of  staff: 05 permanent  and 06 sales workers

Available Equipment : 01 wet grinding mill,150 L capacity boiler, 01 manual press filter, 01 incubator, 01 mixer, 01 manual sealing machine, 05 freezers, 01 ice machine, laboratory equipment, small production equipment Distribution equipment (01 vehicle.).
